Welcome to the Young Women's Enrichment Project, Inc. (YWEP) website. We have been providing health wellness and personal development services to inner-city teen girls 12-15 and single female parents located in Cincinnati Ohio since 2006. YWEP is a community-based non-profit organization whose goals are to increase the academic achievement and self worth of young girls, and to decrease the number of children in foster care by providing support and parenting education to single female parents.

Mary L. Hardy, Exectuve Director
In 2006, after years of serving the City of Cincinnati's Health Department as a health educator, Ms. Hardy founded Young Women's Enrichment Project, Inc.. She saw the need for an organization that would assist in the local effort of preventing child abuse and neglect by young mothers in and outside of the human services system. Ms. Hardy has sat on several non-profit boards, and continues to be an advocate in her community.
